NetBank offers you the flexibility of using your Commonwealth Bank credit card online with the added security of Secure Internet Shopping and the ability to earn Commonwealth Awards.

NetBank allows you to link all your accounts together online. You can make one-off or recurring fund transfers to accounts at other banks, pay and schedule bill payments to using BPAY to thousands of organisations including telephone, gas and electricity companies or use  BPAY View to automatically receive your bills online.

NetBank allows you to view up to date balances on linked credit cards, up to 2 years of account transaction history and up to 7 years of statements. You can also print transaction receipts, statements and histories directly from NetBank.

The Commonwealth Bank offers a range of credit cards that can be used in conjunction with NetBank.

Commonwealth Awards

Every time you use your Commonwealth Bank credit card* for purchases and bill payments you'll earn Commonwealth Awards points that can be redeemed for shopping, travel, merchandise, banking and charity awards.

The Commonwealth Awards website allows you to check your points balance, view the latest Commonwealth Awards newsletter, including Bonus Partners and redeem your points for most awards.

To access the Commonwealth Awards website (you need to be registered for NetBank), login  to NetBank and click on the Awards program icon located next to your credit card account on the 'Home' page.

* Commonwealth Awards is only available on Commonwealth Bank Standard, Gold, Platinum and World Vision Visa credit cards with the option of up to 55 days interest free only and an annual fee (excludes MasterCard Affinity, Golf Card, all Commonwealth Bank business card options, MasterCard Business Card, Capital Business Card, Mobil and Dulux Trade Card).

Secure Internet Shopping

Using your Commonwealth Bank credit card allows you to shop online with added confidence because online shopping is now even more secure than ever.

Secure Internet Shopping is available with Visa or MasterCard credit cards and provides added protection against the fraudulent use of your credit card.

Once you register, you can use your Commonwealth Bank MasterCard or Visa Card online at participating merchants with added confidence. All you have to do is enter your Verified by Visa Password or MasterCard SecureCode when buying online.

Once you have made your online purchases, you can check on your account balances, schedule regular payments, transfer money from one account to another and arrange easy payment options using NetBank.
