• must be between 6 and 16 characters long
• is not case sensitive
• must be different to your previous 5 passwords
• can contain most characters except <>^'{}~=
• must not contain a recognisable part of your name or your place of birth
• must not contain your client number
• should not be the same as your credit card or Keycard PIN
