A) On the 'Pay bill - enter details' page, select the Streamline account to pay the bill with.

B) Select the West Side Council biller from the drop down list.

C) Enter Council in the bill nickname field and 123456789 in the Customer Reference Number field.

D) Enter $198.50 in the amount field, including the decimal point.

E) Select the option to pay "Once on" and select the payment date of "01/11/2010"

F) Click the 'Pay bill' button to progress to the next step.
