Using NetBank, you can transfer money for mortgage payments, view up to date balances, up to 2 years of account history and up to 7 years of statements on eligible linked home loan and investment home loan accounts.
Home loan repayment redraw feature
NetBank's repayment redraw feature allows you to access the additional funds you have used to repay your home loan.
With extra money available, you can put it towards a family holiday, home renovations or extensions, or towards an investment to help you build wealth. There's no reason why you can't use the equity in your home to fund smaller projects. If you've made the payments on your home loan (and you have a redraw facility on that loan), it can be as easy as transferring money to where you need it.
The minimum redraw amount for our home loans is $500.
* Conditions apply. Redraw is not available on some loan types and if your home loan is in more than one name you may need to establish access to the loan for use in NetBank by completing the Contract Authority-Home/Investment Home Loan.
